With 30,000 SKUs, the Home Run Sports product data migration was significant. We even re-architected the catalog structure to improve the overall product discovery UX experience. Starting with a new mega navigation approach followed by nesting collections and sub-collections. During the migration process, Home Run Sports moved their physical retail stores to Shopify POS.
